SIMPSON can be downloaded from our webpage:

for running on any platform: Windows, Linux, Mac. May be that the version in the folder here, doesn’t include them all!. At this place you find gradual updates. We recently released a version including optimal control, is currently improving its performance for cluster calculations, including much faster matrix operations (for significant speed improvement), and including relaxation.

The software is free. This also applies to supplementary programs such as SIMMOL.
