Users Manuals:

This instrument is used to measure dynamic laser light scattering of macromolecules in solution and gives values for translational diffusion coefficients, hydrodynamic radius, and estimated molecular weight. Ideally suited to detect aggregation in protein samples. Can be used to analyse polydisperse solutes.

System requirements: Volume of measuring cell = 7l. Minimum sample volume for successful measurements is approx. 250l. Sample concentration = in the mg/ml range.

A comprehensive user guide is provided by the instrument.
