Dr. Matthieu Chavent recently received the PRACEdays16 Award for Best Scientific Presentation for his talk entitled “Membrane Protein Crowding: filling the gap between computations and experiments”. This was based on studies undertaken jointly by the Kleanthous and Sansom research groups on the dynamic organization of bacterial outer membranes. (PRACE is the Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe).
