How do I shift Mac files to a PC?

There are two different routes you can use to perform this task. The first involves using the network and is good for large files or files that you need to access repeatedly from either platform:

  1. Make a mac network connection to your home directory (see the guide)
  2. Login on the PC
  3. You should see your files in your h: drive

The second is via floppy disk or CD burning, which is good in that it doesn't rely ON the network, doesn't need you to have a username, but bad in that it can only handle files as large as the media can handle.
