PROBATION

Any employee taking up a new role has a formal probation period to establish constructive communication with your new line manager and provide the necessary training and support to ensure you fulfil the requirements of the role.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEW

Once probation is completed, annual Personal Development Reviews (PDRs) are conducted with your line manager (or peer-to-peer for PIs) to communicate career ambitions and receive guidance and identify training and/or mentoring needs. For more information please see Skills Training.
