The Department takes everyone’s health and well-being (SSO required) seriously and we’re lucky that the University offers a wide range of services which we encourage you to investigate.

You should do these checks to make sure your work station is set up correctly to avoid injury, and perhaps have a look at more general lifestyle advice for health and much more here. You might also like to have a look at the courses on offer from People and Organisational Development on various well-being topics such as managing stress, mindfulness and assertiveness.

Please follow this link to attend when you receive your SSO: Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessment.
